This song reminds me of how life can truly hurt you, I know life is one of the rarest gift, but it also comes with its own trials and tribulations, whenever you feel that you are getting so much out of life, you are happy and loving every minute of it, just listen to this song from the movie Mausam.
Zindagi ne zindagi bhar gham diye
Jitne bhi mausam diye sab nam diye.
Life, through life, has but given me grief
Damp have been all seasons to no relief.
Jab tadapta hai kabhi, apna koi
Khoon ke aansoo, rula de bebasi
When suffers he who is our own
Tears of blood flow in helpless groan.
Jee ke phir karna kya mujko aisi zindagi? (Very valid question!! :-D )
What then do I have in living such a life?
Jisne zakhmon ko nahin marham diye
Zindagi ne zindagi bhar gham diye.
To one who never had a salve for a wound
Life but gave a lifetime's grief, festooned.
Apne bhi pesh aayen, humse ajnabee
Waqt ki saazish, koi samjha nahin.
One's own appear to us a stranger
Time's ploy, who understands ever
Be-iraada kuch khatayein humse ho gayi.
Unintentional, I have erred seldom
Raah mein patthar meri har dam diye
Zindagi ne zindagi bhar gham diye.
On my path, every stone gave me strength (not really sure of the interpretation here)
Life but gave me grief of a lifetime's length.
Ek mukammal kashmakash hai zindagi
Usne humse ki kabhi na dosti
Life is one wholly chaotic place
Me, in friendship, never did it embrace.
Jab mili mujhko aansoo ke woh taufey de gayi
Whenever we met, she gave me gifts of tears.
Hans sake hum aise mauke kam diye
Zindagi ne zindagi bhar gham diye.
Life gave me fewer moments where I'd smile
Life, with a lifetime's grief did me revile.

Some NZ moments..
this is one of the best pictures I have taken till date, it is of the Piha beach in West Auckland, the hump in the backdrop is the Lion Rock.
This is one of the rugged beaches in West Auckland and even when the beach is calm it has managed to put the most experienced swimmer at risk., but enjoy this one as on a beautiful summer day this is as good as it gets..
The one on your right, is from the Lion Rock, and its a picture taken by, hold on to your hats, a Sony Ericsson P1i 3.5MP camera. I know even I could not believe this one.

Save our Tigers!
We come from a land of Tigers, our national animal is Tiger, we roar as if we have a Tiger's attitude, whether in our Academics, sports or politics. But when it comes to saving the actual tiger we are the worst, come on admit it Indians we have made sure that the Tiger is an extinct species in India. I know its a dangerous animal, but its also mother nature's creation and one of the few species in which India had a diverse range (White Tiger anyone), but now its gone low, low and dangerously low. Come on India wake up, do something, if not physically do it virtually, pledge your support online at http://saveourtigers.com/ I have never seen a tiger live in my life till date, but plan to soon and before it goes extinct in India. People make sure children of the future can see them in all their glory and not in story books or encyclopedia. As they say just take memories not their lives, use your SLRs not your Smith and Wesson.

Introduction

Currently I have no idea in which direction I want to steer this blog in, whether I write about general topics, weather, the work I do, or well I don't know.
May be I will just mix my blogs up and write about everything, good way to keep entertaining and informing.
If you have gone through my profile, you will have come to know a bit about myself, but as this blog is about introduction, well here goes...
I am into Information Technology (one of those few IT geeks who get paid less but work for the love of it), love it or loathe it but its one of the driving forces in today's world. I work mainly on Windows platform but always keen to orient myself towards the linux and rest of the OS flavours.
I am based in a country blessed by God with natural beauty and awesome people, yes people I am in New Zealand, you should visit it, you will just fall in love with it.
So I think I have decided that through this blog, I will post technical stuff, geeky stuff, non technical, some philosophical and informative. Just keep on following you never know what the next blog will hold for you. Cheers and Kia ora..
