I have been using Edge on Windows 10 for close to a month and have to say it is way quicker than Firefox and catching up to Chrome, I do not usually see a need for using browsers on servers unless an update from Microsoft needs to be read an applied urgently, I have seen network administrators in the past carry out research on a problem using browsers to log on to the internet on the servers itself, I believe that the practice is a security disaster waiting to happen. Ola folks, it has been a long time since I wrote here and I have been promising you a change in the focus of this blog, well my first post for the change begins with a change of heart at Microsoft. From going app heavy on windows 8 and 8.1 they have realised one thing, they do the desktops / laptops way better than anything in the market (sorry Apple fans) and with the release of Windows 10 to folks the world over (see previous post), Microsoft, I believe has found a winner on its hands. There are many new features which I would be discussing on this blog and as I get hold of Enterprise copies to test them I will do some demonstrations as well, till then All hail Windows 10!
