Sysinternals Utilities

A systems administrator must have.

If you are a Windows systems administrator and have been stuck as you will always be to find what the heck is going on under the hood of your beloved servers (OS only), keep these tools on you, (in a USB would do just fine) they dig deep in to the deep realms of Windows Server (Active Directory and all) and show you stuff which you cant see on the surface.
